You can purchase something akin to the Astro Mixamp, which will give you Dolby Headphone, but you would still need to purchase the wireless headphones separately. (Hardware based multi-driver 5.1 is essentially a gimmick for headphones right now.) Unfortunately, the number of good wireless headphones in production is exceedingly limited, and out of those, I do not believe that any have a built in Dolby Headphone solution. For 5.1, you are really looking for a wireless headphone solution with a Dolby Headphone implementation built in.
